You may know a lot of the stuff in this book, but it is very motivating; and it works like everything else in life - the more you immerse yourself in a certain way of thinking, the better you'll be at doing whatever you're thinking about. You can also get a used version at Half.com that may be cheaper. I'm talking about the book by Ron Louis and David Copeland; don't confuse it with the book by Anthony Badalamenti.
